The shop is owned by Scott and Jennifer Thomas. They have lived in the Salem area and know what it takes to make their customers happy. Most of their business is from repeat and referrals. Both Scott and Jennifer are mechanics and Scott is an ASE Certified Master Technician who takes pride in giving his customers the correct quote and correct solution the first time.


It is very important to them that you know exactly what is wrong and the exact cost to fix it. If it doesn't need to be fixed they won't try to convince you it does.
